King Ivan Odio Avarus

King Ivan Odio Avarus is typically considered the worst king of Moria. His reign showed heavy taxation and a disregard for Morian welfare. Poverty doubled and foreign relations nearly crumbed under the rule of Ivan. His death was met with relief rather than mourning. He was buried the deepest of any Morian king not for security, but so the populace would not have to deal with him anymore.

King Ivan's self-portrait, circa 488 BCE. After he died, the colors were darkened to show a more realistic depiction. An attempt to burn the portrait has been conducted several times, but it is not successful. It is hanging in the library's museum.
