Morian Icebreaker Project

The Morian Icebreaker Project is a Morian Department of Transportation project started in 1198. The project was founded for easy navigation along the west coast of Kopsa, since there are no rivers that cut through the region. The project was the first project of the Department of Transportation, and the reason it was founded.
