Sullivan County is one of Picketralia's eight counties, and the second to least most populous, with a population estimate of only 5 people. It is bounded to the north by the Birch River to the west by Picketralia's national border, to the east by the Stimpton Delta and to the south by Hayes County. It is named for the Sullivan River, which runs near to the county.
