Mordor County is the least populous of Picketralia's eight counties, and is most notable for having a population of only one person, with the Mordor Ruins being the main attraction and structure. The only settlement in the entire county is Sanday, and as of the 1385 census, it has a population of only one person.
It is bounded to the north by Snowdon County, to the south by Bushley County, to the east by Picketralia's national border, and to the west by the Stimpton River. It is named for the aforementioned Mordor Ruins.
It was established in 1373 under the Counties Act. It's county seat is Stimpton, as there are no actual capable towns within the county.
