The City of Acrul (Ukso: Acrulin Siti), also known as Acrul Island (Ukso: Acrulin Silano) is a city and the capital of both Moria and the region of Pafalia. It is located on the island sharing its name, which borders the Kingston River to the west, the Calion to the east, and the Bolomir to the southeast. The latest Morian census says that 64,560 people live in the city. This makes it the second largest city in Moria by population, with Tradeland coming in first.
Etymology
The name Acrul comes from Markus Acrul Dorvinblade, the first dwarf from the UKoD to find mainland Moria. He founded the city and named it after himself. He called it, "∇∞⦁⫯⌠∇⌠-⨳⋌⌠", meaning Acrul's City or the City of Acrul.
