However, as they never reached Stimpton and were defeated at Arrowhead Point in [[Snowdon County]] on the [[Stimpton River]], this never occurred. However, it gave the company ideas on how to improve mailing protection. They created the Postal Police, a force of policemen, investigators, and soldiers, who would track down mail theft and fraud. They remained on strike until March of 1396. During this time, mail carriers for Rosway, Pigot School, and Llama Hill split up their work. On March 28, 1396, PikPost and the carriers came to an agreement. Addresses in the urban part of Flourtess County received a "Flourtess City" address and addresses in the rural parts of Flourtess County received a "Flourtess Rural" address.
